Abstract

В статье исследуется роль цифровых технологий в повышении эффективности строительных услугв условиях цифровой трансформации экономики Узбекистана. Рассматриваются современные цифровыеинструменты — BIM, ERP, IoT и платформа e-Construction — как ключевые элементы, обеспечивающиеоптимизацию проектного управления, сокращение транзакционных издержек и повышение прозрачностисервисных процессов в строительстве. Проведён анализ международного и отечественного опыта внедренияцифровых решений, обоснована их роль в формировании инновационно-инвестиционной модели развитиястроительных услуг. На основе статистических данных предложены направления совершенствования цифровойинфраструктуры и сервисных механизмов в строительной отрасли.
