Abstract

Aksiyadorlar bilan munosabatlar korporativ boshqaruvda muhim ahamiyat kasb etib, kompaniya samaradorligiva barqarorligini ta’minlaydi. Ular huquqiy, iqtisodiy va institutsional aloqalar tizimi sifatida investor ishonchini oshiradi.Maqolada aksiyadorlarning huquqlari, boshqaruvdagi ishtiroki va raqamli vositalar yordamida aloqalarni mustahkamlashtendensiyalari o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotning yangiligi raqamli vositalar orqali aksiyadorlar bilan aloqalarni tahlil qilishgaqaratilgani bilan izohlanadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, aksiyadorlar bilan aloqalarni kuchaytirish kompaniya obro‘sini vainvestorlar ishonchini oshiradi hamda samarali boshqaruvni ta’minlaydi
