Abstract

Tijorat korporativ boshqaruvning keng qamrovli ekanligi bois, uning mohiyatini ochib berishga oid turlitalqinlar va qarashlar mavjuddir. Shu sababli ham banklarda korporativ boshqaruvning umumqabul qilingan yagona ta’rifimavjud emas. Mazkur maqolada banklarda korporativ boshqaruvning mohiyati va mazmunini ochib berish uchun turliiqtisodchi olimlarning bu boradagi fikr-mulohazalari o‘rganilgan hamda muallif tomonidan korporativ boshqaruv mohiyatinianiqlashga doir ilmiy taklif va tavsiyalar keltirilgan
