Abstract

Mazkur maqolada to‘qmachilik sanoati korxonalarida eksport salohiyatini rivojlantirishda boshqaruvjarayonlarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, korxonalarning tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyatida marketingstrategiyasi, logistika infratuzilmasi, ishlab chiqarish klasterlarini tashkil etish hamda innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriyetishning o‘rni alohida ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Eksport salohiyatni samarali boshqarishda raqamli transformatsiya, xalqaro sifatstandartlariga rioya qilish va brend yaratish omillari muhim ahamiyat kasb etish ta’kidlanadi. Shuningdek, boshqaruvjarayonlarining o‘ziga xosligi sifatida milliy va xalqaro bozor talablarini uyg‘unlashtirish, tashqi savdo risklarini boshqarish,qo‘shilgan qiymat zanjirini kengaytirish va resurslardan oqilona foydalanish jarayonlari yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalarigako‘ra, to‘qmachilik sanoati korxonalarida boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish nafaqat eksport hajmining ortishiga, balkikorxonalar raqobatbardoshligini mustahkamlash, mamlakat iqtisodiy barqarorligini ta’minlash hamda global savdotizimida faol integiratsiya erishishda ham muhim omil hisoblanadi.
