Abstract

Mazkur maqolada moliyaviy rejalashtirish iqtisodiy boshqaruv tizimining muhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib,jamiyatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Uning asosiy mazmuni — mavjud moliyaviyresurslarni aniq maqsadlarga yo‘naltirish, ulardan samarali foydalanish va iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashdan iboratdir.Moliyaviy rejalashtirish orqali davlat budjeti, korxona moliyasi va aholi daromadlari o‘zaro uyg‘unlashtiriladi, resurslarnitaqsimlashda mutanosiblik saqlanadi hamda ustuvor yo‘nalishlarni rivojlantirish imkoniyati yaratiladi.Shu bilan birga, moliyaviy rejalashtirishning ijtimoiy ahamiyati aholi turmush darajasi va sifatini oshirish, ijtimoiysohalarni (ta’lim, sog‘liqni saqlash, infratuzilma va boshqalar) qo‘llab-quvvatlash, qashshoqlikni kamaytirish va bandliknita’minlashda namoyon bo‘ladi. Iqtisodiy jihatdan esa, u makroiqtisodiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlashga, investitsiyamuhitini yaxshilashga va milliy iqtisodiyotning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
