Механизмы Устойчивого Управления Малым И Средним Бизнесом В Условиях Цифровизации И Внедрения Искусственного Интеллекта

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретико-методологические основы формирования устойчивыхмеханизмов управления малым и средним бизнесом (МСБ) в условиях цифровизации и внедрения искусственногоинтеллекта (ИИ). Проведён всесторонний анализ международных и национальных подходов к цифровойтрансформации МСБ, включая практики США, Европы, Азии и Узбекистана. Особое внимание уделено проблемамцифровой зрелости, развитию человеческого капитала, институциональной поддержке, созданию цифровойинфраструктуры и интеграции МСБ в инновационные экосистемы. Эмпирические данные по Узбекистану, включаядинамику цифровой экономики, развитие IT Park, экспорт цифровых услуг и стартап-экосистему, подтверждаютвысокий потенциал страны в трансформации МСБ. В заключении обоснованы предложения по формированиюгибкой модели устойчивого управления с учётом глобальных трендов и национальной специфики
