Abstract

Hozirgi davrda jahon miqyosida yuzaga kelayotgan ekologik, ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy muammolar insoniyatdanyangi yondashuvlarni talab qilmoqda. Ayniqsa, sanoatning jadal rivojlanishi, tabiiy resurslarning cheklanganligi va iqlimo‘zgarishlari sharoitida barqaror rivojlanish konsepsiyasi global dolzarb masalaga aylanmoqda. Barqaror rivojlanish –bu nafaqat hozirgi avlod ehtiyojlarini qondirish, balki kelajak avlodlar manfaatlarini ham inobatga olgan holda harakatqilishdir. Bu yondashuv davlat siyosatidan tortib, yirik va kichik biznes subyektlarigacha bo‘lgan barcha darajalarda muhimahamiyat kasb etmoqda.Korxonalar faoliyatida barqarorlikni ta'minlash esa uzoq muddatli raqobatbardoshlik, moliyaviy barqarorlik, ekologikxavfsizlik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatni birlashtirishni anglatadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy sharoitlarda korxonalar nafaqat foydaolishga intilishi, balki o‘z faoliyatida atrof-muhitga zarar yetkazmaslik, xodimlar va mahalliy hamjamiyatlar manfaatlariniham hisobga olishi lozim. Shu bois, korxonalar uchun barqarorlikni ta'minlash endilikda ixtiyoriy tanlov emas, balkizaruriyatga aylangan
