Improving the efficiency of modern housing fund management system

Abstract

This article examines strategies to improve the efficiency of modern housing management systems in thecontext of urbanization, digital transformation, and sustainable development. A review of existing literature, includinginternational experiences and national studies, highlights the importance of integrated approaches to managing housingstock. Methodological tools such as performance indicators, cost–benefit analysis, and smart technologies are analyzed.Results demonstrate that effective management relies on transparency, resident participation, innovative financing, anddigitalization. The discussion emphasizes the role of governance reforms and international best practices in strengtheningefficiency. The study concludes that enhancing housing management efficiency is crucial for ensuring sustainable urbandevelopment, improving service quality, and addressing social needs
