Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методологические основы оценки экономической эффективности внедрения«зелёных» технологий в строительном секторе. Раскрываются теоретические подходы к определению критериеврезультативности и устойчивости «зелёного» строительства, анализируются ключевые показатели, отражающиеэкономические, экологические и социальные эффекты. Особое внимание уделяется роли «зелёных» технологийв формировании ресурсосберегающих и энергоэффективных моделей строительства, а также их влиянию наконкурентоспособность строительных предприятий. Представленные выводы подчёркивают необходимостьразработки комплексных методик оценки, учитывающих специфику национальной экономики и международныестандарты устойчивого развития.
