Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы трудовой миграции в условиях устойчивого развития. Вусловиях глобализации и усиливающихся миграционных процессов особое значение приобретают вопросыобеспечения прозрачности и безопасности трудоустройства мигрантов. Проблемы трудовой миграции тесносвязаны с финансовыми затратами, возникающими при переезде и поиске работы за рубежом, а также с рискаминедобросовестного посредничества и финансовой эксплуатации. Международные стандарты подчёркиваютнеобходимость исключения практики взимания платы с мигрантов за трудоустройство, что соответствуетпринципам справедливого и инклюзивного рынка труда. Современные информационно-коммуникационныетехнологии и цифровые платформы открывают новые возможности для регулирования трудовой миграции.Такие решения, как AgHelp (США), Pink Collar (Малайзия) и Helper Choice (Гонконг), демонстрируют потенциалцифровых инструментов в обеспечении равного доступа к вакансиям, снижении незаконных платежей и созданииболее устойчивой миграционной экосистемы
