Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda ulgurji va birja savdolarini erkinlashtirish hamda ushbu jarayonlarni tartibgasolishda amalga oshirilayotgan iqtisodiy islohotlarning ilmiy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda tadbirkorlik subyektlarifaoliyatini tashkil etishning tashkiliy-huquqiy bazasi, ularning moliyaviy resurslari va majburiyatlari, daromad va xarajatlarnihisobga olish mexanizmlari hamda yakuniy moliyaviy natijalarni shakllantirish jarayonlari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, soliqva majburiy to‘lovlar hisobi, moliyaviy hisobotlarni tuzish standartlari va ular ulgurji hamda birja savdolari samaradorligigako‘rsatadigan ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari savdo bozorini erkinlashtirish sharoitidakorxonalar moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash, naqd pulsiz hisob-kitob tizimini rivojlantirish va litsenziyalash amaliyotinitakomillashtirish bo‘yicha nazariy va amaliy xulosalar beradi
