Abstract

Mazkur maqola O‘zbekiston Respublikasida yashil soliqlarni, xususan, uglerod solig‘ini joriy qilish orqalisoliq ma’muriyatchiligini takomillashtirish imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada avvalo mamlakatning ekologik siyosativa Parij bitimi doirasidagi xalqaro majburiyatlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shundan so‘ng uglerod solig‘ining iqtisodiy va ekologikfoydalari, shuningdek, bu soliqning davlat budjetiga qo‘shimcha daromad manbai sifatida qanday rol o‘ynashi mumkinligitahlil etiladi. SWOT tahlili yordamida soliqni joriy etishning kuchli va zaif tomonlari, imkoniyatlar va tahdidlar o‘rganiladi.Shuningdek, maqolada bu jarayonni muvaffaqiyatli amalga oshirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan texnologik, institutsional va ijtimoiyo‘zgarishlar hamda qarorlar ishlab chiqiladi. Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekistonning yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tishini tezlashtirish vaekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash yo‘lidagi amaliy qadamlar uchun foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.
