O‘zbekistonda IPOlarni tashkil etish jarayonlari tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda IPO (Initial Public Offering) jarayonlarining amaliy va nazariy jihatlari tahlilqilingan. Tadqiqotda IPO jarayonlari bilan bog‘liq qonunchilik hujjatlari, fond bozori ma’lumotlari va xalqaro moliya institutlarihisobotlari asosida O‘zbekistondagi aksiyalar bozori holati o‘rganilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, UzAuto Motors,Uztelecom va Uzbekinvest kabi kompaniyalar ichki IPOlar o‘tkazgan, UzNIF esa Franklin Templeton bilan hamkorlikdaxalqaro bozorga chiqish orqali kapital jalb qilishni rejalashtirgan. Navoi MMC (NMMC) kabi yirik kompaniyalarni listinggachiqarish rejasi esa istiqboldagi muhim bosqich sifatida qayd etilgan. Maqola yakunida bozorni chuqurlashtirish, shaffofliknioshirish, dual-listing amaliyotini kengaytirish hamda investorlarni himoya qilish mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish bo‘yicha aniqtavsiyalar berilgan.
