Abstract

Mazkur maqolada iqtisodiyotni innovatsion rivojlantirish jarayonida soliq mexanizmidan samaralifoydalanishning nazariy asoslari va amaliy yo‘llari yoritilgan. Unda innovatsion faoliyatni rag‘batlantirishda soliq imtiyozlari,preferensiyalar hamda soddalashtirilgan soliq tizimining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada ilmiy-texnik yangiliklarni joriyetish, investitsiyalarni jalb qilish va kichik hamda o‘rta biznesni rivojlantirishda soliq siyosatining o‘rni ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.Shuningdek, xalqaro tajriba asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos keluvchi taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilib, soliq yengilliklariorqali innovatsion iqtisodiy o‘sishga erishish mexanizmlari keng yoritiladi. Natijada, soliq siyosatini modernizatsiya qilish,byudjet barqarorligini ta’minlash va innovatsion sektorning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlabchiqiladi.
