Abstract

Ushbu maqola xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi asosida moliyaviy siyosatning makroiqtisodiy barqarorliknita’minlashdagi o‘rnini tahlil qilishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda moliyaviy siyosatning nazariy asoslari va amaliy jihatlari izchilyoritilib, uning iqtisodiy tizim barqarorligi, davlat budjeti muvozanati, inflyatsiya darajasini nazorat qilish hamda iqtisodiyo‘sishni rag‘batlantirishdagi roli ilmiy nuqtai nazardan baholangan. Shuningdek, maqolada fiskal siyosat, soliq siyosati,davlat qarzi siyosati, pul-kredit siyosati bilan uyg‘unlik, investitsion va innovatsion siyosat, shuningdek, ijtimoiy moliyaviysiyosatning muhim tamoyillari chuqur tahlil qilingan. Xorijiy mamlakatlar amaliyotiga tayangan holda, fiskal intizomnita’minlash, budjet defitsitini maqbullashtirish, davlat qarzini samarali boshqarish va investitsion oqimlarni jalb etishdamoliyaviy siyosatning hal qiluvchi o‘rni ilmiy asoslangan. Ushbu yondashuvlar O‘zbekiston sharoitida makroiqtisodiysiyosatni takomillashtirish uchun nazariy hamda amaliy asos sifatida xizmat qilishi mumkin
