Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli boshqaruvning mohiyati, uning zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimidagi o‘rni va o‘zigaxos tomonlari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, raqamli boshqaruvning shaffoflikni ta’minlash, korrupsiya xavfini kamaytirish,resurslardan samarali foydalanish hamda aholiga davlat xizmatlarini tezkor va qulay yetkazib berishdagi afzalliklariyoritiladi. Shuningdek, raqamli boshqaruvning rivojlanish istiqbollari, jumladan “aqlli shahar” konsepsiyasi, elektronhukumatni takomillashtirish va kiberxavfsizlikni kuchaytirish yo‘nalishlari ilmiy asosda ochib berilgan
