Abstract

Davlat qarz siyosatini optimallashtirish jarayonida moliyaviy manbalarni diversifikatsiya qilish dolzarbahamiyat kasb etadi. Islomiy moliya instrumentlari, xususan sukuk, bu borada muhim imkoniyatlarni taqdim etadi. Tadqiqotqiyosiy tahlil, xalqaro tajriba va statistik ma’lumotlarga asoslangan. Islomiy moliya vositalari qarz bozorini kengaytirib,investorlar ishonchini oshiradi hamda iqtisodiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlaydi. O‘zbekiston sharoitida huquqiy baza vabozor infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish zaruriyati aniqlangan
