Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sog‘liqni saqlash tashkilotlarida xarajatlar samaradorligini ta’minlash masalalaritahlil qilingan. Unda tibbiy xizmatlar ko‘rsatish jarayonida resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, moliyaviy boshqaruvnitakomillashtirish va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Sog‘liqni saqlashtizimida xarajatlar tuzilmasi, ularning boshqaruv mexanizmlari hamda budjet mablag‘lari va nodavlat manbalardanfoydalanish samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada xalqaro tajriba va innovatsionyondashuvlardan kelib chiqib, O‘zbekiston sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida xarajatlarni optimallashtirish va moliyaviy barqarorliknita’minlashga oid takliflar ilgari surilgan
