Abstract

Maqolada sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida tadbirkorlik faoliyatining asosiy turlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xususiy klinikalar,farmatsevtika, tibbiy sug‘urta, ta’lim va innovatsion texnologiyalarga asoslangan tadbirkorlik yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinib,ularning iqtisodiyot va aholiga ko‘rsatilayotgan xizmatlar sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni ko‘rsatib berilgan. Soha holati tahlilqilingan, muammolar ko‘rib chiqilgan va amalga oshirilgan xalqaro tajribalar asosida xulosalar berilgan. Tadqiqotmetodologiyasi statistik, taqqoslama va kontent-tahlil hamda ekspert suhbatlariga asoslangan. Davlat-xususiy sheriklik,raqamlashtirish va ijtimoiy tadbirkorlik masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Xulosada tibbiyot sohasida tadbirkorliknirivojlantirish sharoitlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
