Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi maxsus iqtisodiy zonalari investitsion holatini hududlar kesimida tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida Maxsus iqtisodiy zonalarga jalb qilingan asosiy kapitalgainvestitsiyalarning hududiy kesimda tahlili amalga oshirilgan. Milliy Statistika qoʻmitasi maʼlumotlari asosida 2018–2024-yillar davrida MIZlarga kiritilgan investitsiyalar hajmi va ularning umumiy investitsiyalardagi ulushi oʻrganildi. Tahlillarshuni koʻrsatdiki, MIZlar mamlakat iqtisodiyotida investitsion faollikni oshirib boryapti. 2024-yilda ularning ulushi jamiinvestitsiyalarning 3,3 foizini tashkil etgan. Hududiy kesimda esa eng yuqori natijalar Buxoro, Samarqand, Navoiy, Jizzaxva Sirdaryo viloyatlarida qayd etildi. Shu bilan birga, investitsiyalar oqimi yillik kesimda barqaror emasligi kuzatildi.Maqolada MIZlarning iqtisodiy oʻsish va hududiy rivojlanishdagi ahamiyati yoritilib, ularning samaradorligini oshirishuchun barqaror investitsion oqimni taʼminlash maqsadida davlat kafolatlari, soliq imtiyozlari va uzoq muddatli investitsiondasturlar ishlab chiqish hamda investitsiyalarni faqat ayrim viloyatlarda toʻplanib qolmasligi uchun boshqa hududlardaham MIZlarning jozibadorligini oshirish taklif etiladi
