Intellektual mulkda iqtisodiy mohiyat, mazmun hamda huquqiy jihat uyg‘unligi

Abstract

Ushbu maqola intellektual mulkning iqtisodiy mohiyati, mazmuni va huquqiy jihatlari o‘rtasidagiuyg‘unlikni o‘rganadi. Intellektual mulk (IM) zamonaviy iqtisodiyotning asosiy aktivlaridan biri sifatida, innovatsiyalar varaqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqolada IM ning iqtisodiy mohiyati (qiymati va daromad keltirishi),mazmuni (yaratilishi va himoyasi) va huquqiy jihatlari (patent, mualliflik huquqi va savdo belgilari) o‘rtasidagi bog‘lanishtahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekiston qonunchiligi va xalqaro standartlar (masalan, WIPO va TRIPS shartnomalari) asosida IM ningiqtisodiy foydasi huquqiy himoya bilan qanday uyg‘unlashishi ko‘rsatiladi. Maqola IM ni samarali boshqarish orqali iqtisodiyrivojlanishni tezlashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beradi. Natijada, IM ning iqtisodiy va huquqiy uyg‘unligi innovatsiyalarnirag‘batlantirish va iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashda muhim omil ekanligi ta’kidlanadi
