Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda fond bozorining institutsional rivojlanishi jarayonida savdo strategiyalarinisamarali amalga oshirishga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi omillar tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy to‘siqlar sifatida bozor infratuzilmasiningyetarlicha rivojlanmagani, axborot shaffofligi darajasining pastligi, investorlarning moliyaviy savodxonligi yetarli emasligiva tartibga soluvchi mexanizmlarning nomukammalligi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Tadqiqotda ushbu muammolarni bartarafetishning ilmiy asoslangan mexanizmlari – institutsional islohotlarni chuqurlashtirish, zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiyatexnologiyalarini joriy etish, xorijiy tajribalarni milliy sharoitga moslashtirish hamda investorlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlashdasturlarini rivojlantirish taklif etiladi
