Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Yaponiyaning startaplar va innovatsiyalarni rivojlantirishdagi tajribasi hamda ushbumodelni O‘zbekiston sharoitida tatbiq etish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida Yaponiya iqtisodiyotining so‘nggiyillardagi makroiqtisodiy dinamikasi, startap ekotizimining tuzilishi, davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari,normativ-huquqiy baza hamda mavjud muammolar o‘rganilgan. Yaponiyaning J-Startup dasturi, regulyativ sandbox tizimi,venchur kapital siyosati, universitet-startap klasterlari va innovatsion infratuzilmasi kabi elementlar batafsil tahlil qilinib,O‘zbekiston startap ekotizimini rivojlantirishda qo‘llash uchun takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, regulyativ muhitnisoddalashtirish, startap vizalari, soliq imtiyozlari, ilmiy-tadqiqot grantlari va tadbirkorlik madaniyatini rivojlantirish kabichora-tadbirlarning milliy sharoitga moslashtirilgan modeli taklif etiladi.
