Abstract

Maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimi, undagi muhim masalalar, oliy ta’lim muassasalari, ularning faoliyatidagi asosiytendensiyalar, ta’lim klasterlari hamda ta’lim klasterlarining barqaror taraqqiyot maqsadlariga erishishdagi o‘rni vaahamiyati nazariy yondashuvlar asosida yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, milliy iqtisodiyotda ta’lim klasterlarning shakllanishiva takomillashuvining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, ularning maqsad va vazifalari, barqaror rivojlanish sharoitida ularningfaoliyati haqida ham batafsil ma’lumotlar berilgan.
