Yoʻlovchi tashish sohasida autsorsingni qo‘llash istiqboli

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy xalqaro iqtisodiy munosabatlar tizimida autsorsing jarayonining o‘rni vaahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Autsorsing ko‘plab kompaniyalar uchun faoliyat samaradorligini oshirish, resurslardan oqilonafoydalanish, boshqaruv xarajatlarini kamaytirish hamda asosiy biznes jarayonlariga e’tiborni qaratishda muhimstrategik vosita sifatida qaralmoqda. Shu bilan birga, maqolada autsorsingning afzalliklari va kamchiliklari, xususan,raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirish, innovatsion yechimlarni joriy etish, transport va yo‘lovchi tashish sohasida xizmatlarnioptimallashtirish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Biroq, tashqi ijrochilarga ortiqcha bog‘lanish, axborot xavfsizligi muammolariva nazorat mexanizmlarining murakkablashuvi kabi salbiy jihatlar ham tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida autsorsingningxalqaro kompaniyalar tajribasiga asoslangan tahlili amalga oshirilgan bo‘lib, unda integratsiya, strategik rejalashtirishhamda innovatsion boshqaruv yondashuvlari asosiy e’tiborga olingan. Ushbu natijalar autsorsingni samarali qo‘llashbo‘yicha ilmiy va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi
