Abstract

Globallashuv sharoitida O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining modernizatsiyasi va strategik rivojlanish yo‘nalishlaridolzarb ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan masalalardan biridir. Jahon bozoridagi raqobatning keskinlashuvi, texnologiktaraqqiyot va axborot-kommunikatsiya tizimlarining jadal rivojlanishi sharoitida milliy iqtisodiyotning raqobatbardoshliginioshirish, innovatsion yondashuvlarni joriy etish hamda ishlab chiqarish tarmoqlarini diversifikatsiya qilish muhim strategikvazifalardan sanaladi. Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotini modernizatsiya qilishning asosiy yo‘nalishlari, ya’nisanoatni raqamlashtirish, energiya samaradorligini oshirish, zamonaviy infratuzilmani rivojlantirish va inson kapitaligainvestitsiya kiritish kabi omillar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqolada mamlakatning iqtisodiy siyosatida qabul qilingan davlatdasturlari, strategik rejalar va xalqaro hamkorlik yo‘nalishlarining o‘rni ham yoritiladi. Tahlillar asosida O‘zbekistonningglobal iqtisodiy tizimda munosib o‘rin egallashi uchun zarur bo‘lgan institutsional islohotlar va makroiqtisodiy barqarorliknita’minlash omillariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Mazkur maqola strategik rejalashtirish va iqtisodiy siyosat sohasidagitadqiqotlarga ilmiy hissa qo‘shishni maqsad qiladi
