Abstract

Sug‘urta kompaniyalarining moliyaviy barqarorligi milliy iqtisodiyotning muhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib, aholiningmoliyaviy himoyasini ta’minlashda beqiyos o‘rin tutadi. O‘zbekiston sharoitida sug‘urta bozori jadal rivojlanmoqda, biroqbarqarorlikni mustahkamlash uchun metodologik yondashuvlarni takomillashtirish dolzarb masala bo‘lib qolmoqda.Ushbu maqolada sug‘urta kompaniyalari faoliyatining moliyaviy asoslari, kapital yetarliligi, xavf-xatarlarni boshqarishtizimi va to‘lov qobiliyatini oshirish yo‘llari tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, amaldagi qonunchilik va xalqaro tajribalar asosidametodologiyani yangilash zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Adabiyotlar tahlili orqali o‘zbek olimlarining fikrlari yoritilgan hamdakomparativ tahlil natijalari keltirilgan. Natijada, risk-menejmentni kuchaytirish, aktiv va passivlar nisbatini optimallashtirish,diversifikatsiya asosida moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlarni mustahkamlash takliflari ilgari suriladi
