Abstract

В статье дана оценка эффективности методов стратегического управления проектами на примеребанковского сектора Узбекистана. Рассмотрены сбалансированная система показателей (Balanced Scorecard) иSWOT-анализ в стратегическом менеджменте проектов Национального банка Узбекистана и АО «Асакабанк».Приведён обзор литературы по данным методам, описана методология и проанализированы реальные показателидеятельности банков за последние годы. Особое внимание уделено влиянию Balanced Scorecard и SWOT-анализана ключевые показатели эффективности и достижение стратегических целей. В заключении сделаны выводы одейственности методов и даны рекомендации по совершенствованию стратегического управления проектами вбанковской сфере
