Abstract

Процесс цифровизации, который становится одним из важных условий экономического развитияв XXI веке, породил необходимость его комплексной оценки и углубленного анализа. Существуют различныемеждународные методы и показатели для определения влияния цифровизации и программ развития цифровойэкономики на общество, которые используются в разных странах, каждый из которых характеризуетсяформированием среднего показателя путем обобщения различных факторов, связанных с цифровизацией.Цель статьи — проанализировать различные методологии и показатели для измерения уровня цифровизации вэкономическом развитии страны. В частности, были проанализированы и сравнены такие цифровые показатели,как индекс развития ИКТ, индекс цифровой экономики и общества, индекс цифровой конкурентоспособностиIMD, индекс цифровой экономики и общества, e-Intensity, индекс сетевой готовности, глобальный индекскибербезопасности, глобальный индекс развития электронного правительства ООН и глобальные индексыинноваций.
