Xalqarо moliya institutlarining O‘zbekiston bank sektori va iqtisodiyotiga ta’siri: YETTB faoliyati misolida tahlil

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xalqaro moliya institutlarining, xususan, Yevropa tiklanish va taraqqiyot bankining(YETTB) O‘zbekiston bank sektori va iqtisodiyotiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda XMIlarning faoliyati, ularning moliyaviyinstrumentlari, hamkorlik mexanizmlari hamda YETTBning Hamkorbank ATB bilan amalga oshirgan loyihalari asosidaamaliy tahlil o‘tkazildi. Ushbu maqsadda mavjud statistik ma’lumotlar, YETTB hisobотlari, O‘zbekiston bank tizimituzilmasi va xorijiy investitsiya oqimlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, YETTB ishtirokida amalga oshirilganloyihalar banklar faoliyatida kapital bazasini mustahkamlash, korporativ boshqaruvni yaxshilash va kichik biznesniqo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim o‘rin tutayotgani aniqlandi. Xususan, Hamkorbank ATB misolida amaliy natijalar, kreditlashmexanizmlari va institutsional hamkorlikning ijobiy ta’siri ko‘rsatildi. Tadqiqot yakunida mavjud muammolar, istiqboldagihamkorlik yo‘nalishlari hamda XMI va mahalliy banklar o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliytakliflar ishlab chiqildi.
