Yashil iqtisodiyot barqaror rivojlanish omili sifatida: Yevropa tajribasi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yashil iqtisodiyotning nazariy asoslari, uning barqaror rivojlanishdagi o‘rni hamda Yevropadavlatlarining mazkur yo‘nalishdagi ilg‘or tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Yevropa Ittifoqining “European Green Deal”strategiyasi, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya ulushi, energiya samaradorligi, sanoatni dekarbonizatsiya qilish, yashil transporthamda ekologik qishloq xo‘jaligi yo‘nalishlaridagi yutuqlar keng yoritilgan. Statistik tahlillar natijasida 1990–2022-yillaroralig‘ida Yevropada issiqxona gazlari chiqindilarining 30 % ga kamaygani, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya ulushining 8,5% dan 43 % ga oshgani aniqlangan. Germaniya, Shvetsiya, Daniya va Fransiya misolida yashil iqtisodiyot siyosatiningiqtisodiy, ekologik va ijtimoiy samaralari ochib berilgan. O‘zbekiston sharoitida Yevropa tajribasini qo‘llash imkoniyatlariva istiqbollari tahlil qilinib, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish, yashil texnologiyalarni moliyalashtirishhamda ekologik ta’limni kuchaytirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
