Abstract

Maqolada raqamlashtirish sohasidagi mijozlar tajribasini yaxshilashga qaratilgan strategiyalar mufassaltahlil qilinadi. “O‘zbektelekom” AKning 5G, Big Data, CRM va bulutli xizmatlarni integratsiyalashgan holda qo‘llash orqalixizmat sifatini oshirish va hududiy raqamli tafovutlarni kamaytirishga oid tajribasi o‘rganilgan. Innovatsion yondashuvlar,avtomatizatsiya vositalari va mijozlar ehtiyojiga mos servislar ishlab chiqish uchun sun’iy intellektdan foydalanishsamaralari ko‘rsatildi. Maqola strategik chora-tadbirlarni tavsiya qiladi
