Abstract

Maqolada qurilish sanoatining innovatsion rivojlanish istiqbollari va texnologik yangiliklar asosida uningsamaradorligini oshirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Qurilish materiallari importi va mahalliy resurslardan foydalanishholati statistik ma’lumotlar asosida baholab berilgan. Xususan, xom ashyo mahsulotlari importining ortib borayotganligi,mavjud tabiiy boyliklarning katta qismi yetarli darajada o‘zlashtirilmaganligi ilmiy asosda ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Mamlakatdaolib borilayotgan iqtisodiy islohotlar, imtiyozli kreditlash tizimi va tashqi investitsiyalarni jalb qilish imkoniyatlari qurilishsanoati taraqqiyotining muhim omili sifatida baholangan. Chet ellik olimlar tajribasi, jumladan, “Lean Construction” va“Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)” konsepsiyalarining joriy etilishi soha samaradorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatkasb etishi asoslab berilgan. Mahalliy zaxiralardan kompleks foydalanish qurilish sanoatini rivojlantirish, import hajminiqisqartirish, iqtisodiy xarajatlarni kamaytirish va ichki bozorni barqaror ta’minlashga xizmat qilishi ilmiy-nazariy asosdatahlil qilingan.
