Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda paxta-to‘qimachilik klasterlari faoliyatining nazariy asoslari, shakllanishbosqichlari hamda ularni rivojlantirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Porter, Elsner, Rozenfeld va boshqa olimlarning klasterhaqidagi konseptual yondashuvlari mahalliy amaliyot bilan qiyoslanib, “fermer—klaster—tayyor mahsulot” modelidoirasida qo‘shilgan qiymat zanjirining samaradorligi asoslanadi. Tadqiqotda tizimli yondashuv, statistik va komparativtahlil, abstrakt-mantiqiy umumlashtirish usullari qo‘llanilgan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, xomashyodan tayyor mahsulotgachabo‘lgan integratsiya kuchayib, ishlab chiqarish hajmlari va eksport salohiyati ortadi, hududiy bandlik va sanoatlashuvrag‘batlanadi. Shu bilan birga, moliyaviy yukning yuqoriligi, boshqaruvdagi shaffoflik yetishmasligi, kadrlar salohiyati vatexnologik bazani modernizatsiya qilish zarurati kabi kamchiliklar aniqlangan
