Abstract

Maqolada aloqa korxonalarida xizmatlarni diversifikatsiya qilish jarayonini baholashning nazariy va amaliyjihatlari yoritilgan. Muallif tomonidan xizmatlar portfelining texnologik kengayishini baholash uchun TDI (TechnologicalDiversity Index), xizmatlar eksportining ko‘p tarmoqli bo‘lish darajasini aniqlovchi HHI (Herfindahl–Hirschman Index),shuningdek, Cross-Referral ROI kabi ko‘rsatkichlar tavsiya etiladi. Ular orqali xizmatlar spektrining iqtisodiy samaradorligi,foydalanuvchi ehtiyojlariga moslashuvi va infratuzilmaviy resurslarning qayta taqsimlanishi baholanadi. Tadqiqotda ushbuindekslar asosida milliy aloqa kompaniyalari uchun kompozit ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi (KDSI) ishlab chiqish taklif qilinadi
