Abstract

Ushbu maqolada agrar korxonalarda risklarni boshqarish bo‘yicha samarali boshqaruv qarorlarini qabulqilishning ilmiy-uslubiy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Qishloq xo‘jaligi sohasi uchun xos bo‘lgan beqarorlik va noaniqlik sharoitida,ISO 31000:2018 standarti hamda OECD metodologiyasiga asoslangan yondashuvlar taklif etilgan. Maqolada risklarniidentifikatsiya qilish, baholash va kamaytirishda raqamli texnologiyalar, ehtimollik tahlili usullari hamda innovatsionboshqaruv vositalarining ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, sug‘urta, diversifikatsiya, axborot xizmatlari va fermerishtirokini o‘z ichiga olgan kompleks boshqaruv tizimi orqali agrar subyektlarning barqarorligi va raqobatbardoshliginita’minlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
