Mintaqalarda investitsiya faoliyatini faollashtirish mexanizmi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mintaqalarda investitsiya faoliyatini faollashtirishga qaratilgan tashkiliy-iqtisodiymexanizmlarni takomillashtirishning ilmiy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda hududiy investitsiya muhiti, iqtisodiy faolliknijadallashtirishga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi omillar va ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi chuqur o‘rganilgan. Investitsion faoliyatni boshqarishtizimi, normativ-huquqiy asoslar, moliyaviy institutlarning funksional roli, infratuzilma bilan ta’minlanganlik darajasi hamdahududlararo tengsizlik masalalari kompleks yondashuv asosida tahlil etilgan. Maqolada hududiy investitsion salohiyatnibaholash uchun amaliy indikatorlar ishlab chiqilgan hamda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar bilan solishtirma tahlil amalga oshirilgan.Tadqiqot natijalari asosida investitsiya jarayonlarini mintaqaviy darajada muvofiqlashtirishga qaratilgan zamonaviytashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlarni shakllantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqolaxulosalari iqtisodiy o‘sishni rag‘batlantirish, hududlararo tafovutlarni kamaytirish va investitsion siyosat samaradorliginioshirishga xizmat qiladi.
