Abstract

Zamonaviy sanoat sharoitida mehnat unumdorligini oshirish raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlash va barqarorlikkaerishishda hal qiluvchi omilga aylanmoqda. Ushbu maqolada resurs tejamkor va Lean-Digital yondashuvlar mehnatunumdorligini oshirishda asosiy omil sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Lean-Digital modellari an’anaviy Lean ishlab chiqarishusullarini raqamli texnologiyalar — IoT, sun’iy intellekt va kiber-jismoniy tizimlar bilan integratsiya qiladi. Aniq tahlillar vaholat tadqiqotlari asosida mazkur yondashuvlarning sifat va miqdor jihatidan ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki,Lean-Digital strategiyalarini joriy etgan korxonalar mehnat unumdorligini o‘rtacha 15–25 % ga oshirish bilan birga, isrofva resurs sarfini kamaytirishga erishmoqda. Maqolada ushbu modelning afzalliklari va cheklovlari, shuningdek, uni joriyetishning amaliy yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan
