Yashil bank xizmatlari – tijorat banklari moliyaviy mahsulotlar misolida

Abstract

Yashil moliya-moliyaviy soha, iqtisodiy o‘sish hamda atrof-muhit va unga oid qonunchilik choralariningkesishgan nuqtasida joylashgan tushunchadir. Bu yo‘nalish foyda olishdan tashqari, tabiat, iqtisodiy manfaat va insonmanfaatlari o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni ko‘zlovchi yangi maqsad sari o‘tish natijasida vujudga kelgan tabiiy tendensiyadir.Jahon savdo tashkiloti (WTO), BMT, G20 kabi eng nufuzli xalqaro tashkilotlar tomonidan ilgari surilayotgan globaltendensiya sifatida yashil o‘sish eng ustuvor yo‘nalishlardan biri etib belgilanmoqda. Mazkur maqolada yashil moliyaningsalohiyati yoritilib, asosiy yashil moliyaviy mahsulotlar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, chakana bank mahsulotlari doirasida yashilkartalar, yashil avtomobil kreditlari, yashil ipoteka kreditlari kabi mahsulotlarga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Bunday mahsulotlaryuqori yoqilg‘i tejamkorligi, toza energiyadan foydalanish va ekologik jihatdan xavfsiz faoliyatlarni rag‘batlantirish orqaliatrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish maqsadlariga xizmat qiladi. Maqolada ushbu mahsulotlarning ijobiy ta’siri ikki tomonlama –ularni taklif qiluvchi banklar uchun (chunki yashil mahsulotlarga bo‘lgan talab ortib bormoqda) va foydalanuvchilar uchun(mazkur mahsulotlar nisbatan arzonroq xarajatlarga ega) ekanligi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi
