Xorazm viloyatida iqtisodiy o‘sish sur’atlarini ta’minlashdagi muammolar va imkoniyatlar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Xorazm viloyatining iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan ichki va tashqi omillaratroflicha tahlil qilingan. Ichki omillar qatoriga hududiy tengsizlik, kadrlar tanqisligi, eskirgan ishlab chiqarish quvvatlarihamda resurslarning yetarlicha qayta ishlanmasligi kabi masalalar kiritilgan. Tashqi omillar sifatida esa bozor cheklovlari,eksport bilan bog‘liq muammolar, tashqi investitsiyalarning yetarli darajada jalb qilinmasligi, iqlim o‘zgarishi va suv tanqisligi,shuningdek, raqobatbardoshlikning pastligi singari omillar ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Maqolada Xorazm viloyatining ijtimoiyiqtisodiyrivojlanishida muhim rol o‘ynaydigan uchta asosiy omil — ishchi kuchi, tabiiy resurslar va logistika imkoniyatlaribatafsil tahlil etilgan. Shuningdek, ilm-fan, innovatsiya va raqamli iqtisodiyot sohasidagi mavjud imkoniyatlar hamda ularnicheklovchi muammolar yoritilgan. Xorijiy tajribalar (Niderlandiya, Gruziya, Hindiston, Estoniya, Germaniya) o‘rganilib,agrosanoat, turizm, kichik biznes va hunarmandchilik, raqamli iqtisodiyot hamda yashil iqtisodiyot yo‘nalishlarida Xorazmviloyati sharoitida qo‘llash mumkin bo‘lgan aniq yechimlar va tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan
