Abstract

Mazkur maqolada soliq maʼmuriyatchiligining iqtisodiy-ijtimoiy mohiyati va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shu bilanbirgalikda soliq maʼmuriyatchiligi va amaldagi soliq siyosati davlatning ijtimoiy-siyosiy tizimini shakllantirishda oʻzarobogʻliq omillari sifatidagi taʼsir darajalari oʻrganilgan. Soliq va moliya tizimida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning soliqmaʼmuriyatchiligining samaradorligiga taʼsiri oʻrganilgan. Soliq maʼmuriyatchiligida budjet daromadlarini shakllanishidataʼsir etuvchi asosiy faktorlardan biri bu soliq yigʻiluvchanligi darajasi hisoblanadi. Tahlillar natijasida soliq yigʻiluvchanliginioshirishda soliq maʼmuriyatchiligini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladigan ilmiy taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
