Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini taʼminlashda uzumchilik tarmogʻining iqtisodiy va strategikahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Oʻzbekistonning iqlim va tuproq sharoitlari uzum yetishtirish uchun keng imkoniyatlar yaratadi.Shu bois, sohada kuzatilayotgan muammolar ishlab chiqarish hajmining cheklanganligi, qayta ishlash infratuzilmasiningzaifligi, eksport salohiyatining toʻliq ishga tushmagani, moliyalashtirish va kadrlar yetishmovchiligi aniqlanib, ularnibartaraf etishga qaratilgan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda tahliliy, tizimli va qiyosiy yondashuvlardan foydalanganholda ushbu sohani rivojlantirish orqali oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini mustahkamlash yoʻllari asoslab berilgan
