Abstract

Ushbu maqolada korxonalarda moddiy zaxiralarni boshqarish va ular bilan bog‘liq harakatlarnimuvofiqlashtirishning dolzarbligi yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, sohaga oid olimlarning moddiy zaxiralar va ularniboshqarish masalasiga nisbatan yondashuvlari tahlil qilingan. Korxona mahsulotlari va xizmatlariga bo‘lgan talabningo‘zgarish xususiyatlari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Moddiy zaxiralarni boshqarishning bir tsiklli modeli va uning asosiy xususiyatlaritavsiflangan. Mazkur yo‘nalish doirasida yuzaga keladigan ayrim muammolar tahlil etilgan va moddiy zaxiralarniboshqarish samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan tegishli tavsiyalar berilgan
