Abstract

В этой статье экологические вторичные перерабатываемые твердые отходы в промышленнойэкономике как отходы представляют собой сложную проблему, требующую сотрудничества между несколькимизаинтересованными сторонами для достижения экономики замкнутого цикла в научных исследованиях, и растетспрос на цифровые решения, объединяющие физическую и цифровую инфраструктуру для создания цифровыхсистем управления отходами. Статья является представленный и нулевой отходы разработать первоначальныеконцепции цифровой структуры управления для городов. Он предназначен для того, чтобы помочь городамперейти к модели города с нулевым уровнем выбросов и экономике замкнутого цикла, продвигая всеобъемлющеегородское планирование и повышая вовлеченность и вовлеченность граждан и сообществ. В исследовании былиучтены результаты научных публикаций о городах с нулевым уровнем выбросов в период с 2020 по 2025 год, атакже рекомендации по нулевым отходам в мировой политике управления отходами и примеры их решения
