Abstract

Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida raqobat muhitining sog‘lomligi iqtisodiy samaradorlik, innovatsion rivojlanish vaiste’molchilarning farovonligi uchun hal qiluvchi omil hisoblanadi. Biroq iqtisodiy konsentratsiyalarning kuchayishi, ya’nibir necha yirik xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlarning bozor ustuvorligini qo‘lga kiritishi ushbu muhitga jiddiy xavf tug‘diradi.Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiy konsentratsiyalarning raqobat muhiti, narx shakllanishi, innovatsion faollik va bozorga kirishimkoniyatlariga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, milliy va xalqaro tajribalar asosida ushbu jarayonninazorat qilish va sog‘lom raqobatni qo‘llab-quvvatlash strategiyalari ishlab chiqiladi
