Abstract

В условиях ускоренной урбанизации и ограниченности бюджетных ресурсов особую значимостьприобретает формирование объективных подходов к плановому распределению средств на развитие городскихтерриторий. В данной статье рассматривается применение авторской методики анализа планового распределениясредств в программе «Обод махалля» на основе балльной оценки в городской местности, описывающая ееосновные цели, алгоритм ее реализации, и результаты исследования. Данная методика позволяет получитьполную информацию об инвестиционной привлекательности 20 городских территорий в Узбекистане. Методологиябалльной оценки способствует прозрачности и результативности управления инвестиционными потоками, а такжеповышает уровень ответственности при принятии управленческих решений
