Abstract

Sanoat korxonalari samaradorligini yanada oshirishga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan muammolar tahlil qilinadi vaularga yechimlar beriladi. Jahondagi bir nechta sanoat korxonalari tuzilmalari tahlil qilinadi va ularning asosiy belgilarie’tirof etiladi. Strategik maqsadlar aniqlanadi hamda ularning kutilayotgan natijalari o‘rganilib chiqiladi. Muallif tomonidanyaratilgan bir qancha jadvallarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari kapital samaradorligi va unibaholashdagi muammolardan kelib chiqqan holda tadqiqotning dolzarbligi asoslangan. Shuningdek, kapital samaradorligibo‘yicha nazariy va amaliy asoslar keltirilgan. Mamlakatimizda faoliyat olib borayotgan aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida kapitalsamaradorligi ko‘rib chiqilgan bo‘lib, uni takomillashtirishga doir xulosa va tavfsiyalar keltirilgan.
