Модели Совместного Развития Человеческого Капитала И Искусственного Интеллекта В Цифровую Эпоху

Abstract

В статье исследуются модели взаимодействия человеческого капитала и искусственного интеллектав условиях цифровой трансформации. Анализируются механизмы адаптации работников к изменениям,вызванным автоматизацией и внедрением ИИ. Выявлено, что эффективное развитие человеческого капиталав цифровую эпоху требует инвестиций в образование, переподготовку кадров и создание благоприятныхусловий для профессионального роста. Подчеркивается важность гибридного и коллаборативного подходов,которые позволяют человеку и ИИ дополнять друг друга, а также значимость ответственного внедрения ИИдля обеспечения прозрачности и справедливости. В заключении предлагаются рекомендации для повышенияконкурентоспособности компаний за счет интеграции ИИ и развития человеческого капитала.
