Abstract

Kompaniyaning moliyaviy-xo‘jalik faoliyatini tahlil qilishda foydalaniladigan turli modellar o‘tgan davrmobaynida kompaniyaning to‘lov qobiliyatini, moliyaviy barqarorligini va mustaqilligini yo‘qotish xavfini baholaydi.Bankrotlikni bashorat qilish tizimlari tijorat tashkilotining moliyaviy holatini tavsiflovchi eng muhim koeffitsientlarni o‘zichiga oladi, ular asosida bankrotlik ehtimolining kompleks ko‘rsatkichi hisoblanadi.Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi xorijiy usullardan foydalangan holda bankrotlik ehtimolini baholashga yondashuvlarnio‘rganish va ularning amaliy ahamiyatini baholashdir
