Soliq tizimida soliq riskini baholash va boshqarish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish uslubiyoti

Abstract

Maqolada jahon amaliyotida anchadan buyon amalga oshirib kelinayotgan soliq riskini baholash amaliyotirespublikamiz soliq tizimida ham qo‘llanila boshlaganiga ko‘p bo‘lmagan bo‘lsa-da, bu borada ma’lum darajada tajribato‘plandi. Albatta, soliq riskini baholash uchun uni amalga oshirish uslubiyatini to‘g‘ri aniqlab olish muhim sanaladi. Bundasoliq xavfini baholash va soliq to‘lovchilarni insoflilik mezonlari asosida segmentlash tizimini joriy etish muhim ahamiyatkasb etadi. Soliqqa tortishning rivojlanish tendensiyalari bo‘yicha jahon amaliyotida adolatli soliqqa tortish amaliyotinikuchaytirishga qaratilgan umumiy jarayonlarni kuzatish mumkin. Bu jarayonning ajralmas qismini davlat budjetiga soliqtushumlarini jalb qilishning barqaror tizimini mustahkamlash, shuningdek, budjetga soliq tushumlarining belgilanganmiqdorda tushmay qolish xavflarini baholash, uning sabablarini aniqlash hamda bu boradagi ishlarni nazariy va amaliyjihatdan asoslash tashkil etadi. Biz ma’lumotlarning tegishli soliq stavkasi darajasiga hech qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatmasliginianiqladik.
